PACE is an innovative financing mechanism that enables local governments to work with property owners and private sector lenders to support energy and water efficiency upgrades to local building stock. Since the Texas State Legislature passed the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Act in 2013, 12 cities and 6 counties in the North Central Texas region have adopted local PACE programs.
Kevin Spath and Ryan Doss from the City of Dallas will present on Dallas's PACE
program, completed PACE projects, and its benefits and challenges to the City and to property owners. Additional presenters to be announced.
