The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) wants to remind you of a webinar on Thursday, June 4, 2026, highlighting funding and incentives opportunities offered through the
State Energy Conservation Office (SECO).
Participants will hear directly from SECO staff on several different opportunities. The first presentation will provide information on the revolving loan fund program - Community Centers Energy Efficiency Retrofits. Information on this funding opportunity is available on SECO’s
website. Following this presentation, SECO will provide status updates on the Home Energy Performance-Based, Whole House (HOMES) and Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR)
rebate programs.
Following both presentations, NCTCOG will host a question-and-answer session where participants can engage with the speakers and ask questions about SECO’s funding opportunities for local governments and communities.
