Final Reminder: Influencing Leadership on Sustainability Workshop

The North Central Texas Council of Governments is hosting an in-person workshop on the topic of Influencing Leadership on Sustainability. Join this interactive workshop to learn effective strategies for communicating sustainability goals and efforts with your local government leadership and other stakeholders across various departments. We'll hear from speakers who have successfully navigated these challenges and some of the lessons they have learned along the way.

This workshop will delve into topics on sustainable purchasing; examining policies or codes to support your efforts; getting buy in across departments; and more.

Following presentations by our speakers, we will have a question and answer session. Equip yourself with the knowledge and skills needed to drive positive change in your community!

For those interested, a networking lunch will be held from 12:00 - 1:00 PM. Guests may bring their lunch or pay a nominal cost for a lunch to be provided by NCTCOG. Registration for the provided lunch option is now closed. We will follow up with those who registered for lunch separately to confirm lunch costs.
