RISE Coalition
Fiscal Year 2027
Cost Share Estimates

Dear NCTCOG Members,

In preparation for Fiscal Year 2027 (FY2027),  which begins on October 1, 2026, the Regional Integration of Sustainability Efforts (RISE) Coalition is sharing estimated cost share amounts for those interested in participating in FY2027.

The work of the RISE Coalition incorporates the support and outreach that is critical to achieving the Coalition's goals of advancing sustainability in North Central Texas. This work focuses around the aim to align regional partners, leverage resources and best practices, identify funding opportunities, and provide mentorship and networking. Current efforts are outlined in the Work Plan, which is reviewed and approved by RISE Coalition members annually.

RISE members who participate in the cost share program are classified as voting members and therefore have the opportunity to vote on priorities and specific tasks for future RISE Coalition Work Plans. Voting membership is open to all NCTCOG members, which includes county governments, city governments, school districts, and special districts, as well as universities and non-profit Environmental/Public Interest Groups related to sustainability.

Please note, this email is for budget planning purposes only. Invoices for FY2027 will be distributed in Fall 2026. Participation in the RISE Coalition is voluntary.
Cost share amounts are determined by population and were voted on and accepted by members of the RISE Coalition. NCTCOG publishes updated population estimates in early summer, so final cost share amounts for FY2027 may change based on new population numbers.

If you are interested in participating in the RISE Coalition for FY2027, please email Corinne Buckley at
cbuckley@nctcog.org.

The RISE Coalition relies on entities' contributions to accomplish the valuable work of advancing sustainable development in North Central Texas. Our work would not be possible without your continued support of the RISE Coalition Work Plan. Thank you for your consideration and continued interested in this important regional program!

More information, including past meeting summaries, is available on the RISE Coalition webpage. Please forward this email as appropriate. For questions about cost shares or the RISE Coalition Work Plan, please contact Corinne Buckley at cbuckley@nctcog.org or 817-704-2510.

Sincerely,
Corinne Buckley
